So Where is This Money Coming from that is Funding the RV/GCR Projects.  In Other Words, Who has the Gold and Who is in Charge?
Dear Friends,  

Where is all this money and gold coming from that is funding the RV/GCR projects and exchanges?   
    
When we ask the question, "follow the money," who are we referring to?  Who has this gold that is the supposed source of these funds?  What is the Global Collateral Accounts, their history and who is in charge?
