Bonnie Vona of the USTA Mid-Atlantic Section-with the assistance of world-renowned expert in sport science and human performance Dr. Mark Kovacs (Executive Director, International Tennis Performance Association and Director, Life Sport Science Institute)-will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for Most Consecutive Opponents (Tennis Singles) in a 72-Hour Marathon Challenge. Bonnie will begin Friday,
July 1, and will conclude her feat on the morning of July 4 to officially kick off
the holiday events.

military family scholarship program.

Adult Tennis and Fireworks at the Plex
Spectacular evening of ADULT TENNIS and fireworks on the Fourth of July! Play lots of tennis on the indoor air-conditioned courts, watch the enormously popular "Germantown Glory" fireworks show from ringside seats on the lawn outside the bubbles, enjoy a delicious dessert, and play more tennis while everyone else waits in traffic!
