If you have been growing your own spinach, you have probably noticed that it is ready to harvest! Spinach and other leafy greens are among the first foods available from gardens, farmer's markets, and CSAs.

PLAYVIDEOPLAY Video Series: Striking
This month's PLAY video focuses on striking. Within physical activity, striking is the ability to hit one object with another (think baseball or tennis). Practicing striking helps children develop eye tracking and body awareness.
