Taught by Pete Guinosso, this San Francisco based yoga teacher training follows an easy to understand and field tested curriculum that was developed, for both Yoga Tree and Yoga Works, to offer you a foundational and successful yoga teacher training program that will help you deepen your practice, and light your path to the teacher that exists within you.
You will sharpen your skills through a variety of exercises designed to help you master the essential elements of teaching, including:
- Sequencing
- Hands-on assists
- Demonstration techniques
- Effective cueing
- Yoga philosophy
- Ethics
- Yoga anatomy
