Help Contribute to Santa Maria's Stable Families Program

Santa Maria is excited to announce the launch of its Stable Families program campaign! The Stable Families program helps remove barriers in order for families to thrive and children to grow with a stable home and education.

The goal of the campaign is to raise money to provide basic hygienic and household cleaning products to the families we serve, as many families in our program cannot afford these basic products that are so necessary to our quality of life.

Price Hill's Iconic Mosaics Welcome New Addition Nearly 20 Years Later

Price Hill Will, a partner of Santa Maria and nonprofit community development corporation, are working in collaboration to preserve and expand the tile mosaics on Warsaw Avenue in Price Hill.

Mosaic in Price Hill created by Santa Maria students in 1997.
Former Santa Maria youth social worker, Kelly Brooks Tannen, led the original youth program project in 1997. The "Art on the Hill" project was designed by artist Pam Kravets and created by Santa Maria's students to depict healthy families and safe neighborhoods.

Funded by the City of Cincinnati, Price Hill Will has teamed up with ArtWorks Cincinnati and artist Lori Kay Harris-Farr to expand the mosaic wall with tiles created by Price Hill community members.

The dedication of the new portion of the mosaic will take place Saturday, July 9 at 3 p.m. in front of the Warsaw Avenue AutoZone. Along with members of the community, Price Hill Will, Santa Maria, and original project leader Kelly Brooks Tannen will also be in attendance.
