Founded in 1919, Holt Construction Corp. is a full-service construction firm offering General Contracting, Construction Management and Design-Build services nationwide.

Holt was awarded a contract through the PANYNJ (Port Authority of New York and New Jersey), to purchase a NADLER 48x60 office trailer complex. Several years ago, JFK Airport underwent a runway reconstruction project. Nadler provided the PANYNJ with three Modular Buildings consisting of 2-48x60s and 1-24 x 60. Upon the project's completion, the buildings were used by the PANYNJ and the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) for their personnel. The space in these buildings has reached maximum capacity and an additional complex was now required.
