Condolences...
Our sympathies...

To the family, friends, and colleagues of Matthew McMullen. Matt was a dedicated employee of the church for more than five years. He was a faithful servant and will be greatly missed. A memorial service and internment in our Scatter Garden will be held in July. Date and time to follow.

To Phil Shaver on the death of his father. Phil and his wife, Sharla, are supported by our church and minister in Central Asia. His father lived in Zephyrhills.

Presbyterian Homes Book Drive
During the month of July, a "Mission Cry Response for CRI" Book Drive will be held in honor of the memory of Louise Dewell, who was a faithful supporter of past book drives.

Christian Resources International (CRI) is a literature-only ministry that sends materials to more than 169 countries around the world.

You may donate new or gently used Bibles, Christian magazines, books, and study materials during the month of July at the Florida Presbyterian Homes in the Forrer-Bunker Lobby, the dining room, and the Porter McGrath/ALF Lobby.

Contact Fay Hill at 682.2847 with any questions.
Talbot House Needs Volunteers
Talbot House Ministries, one of our partner mission agencies, is a multi-service agency serving the homeless and uninsured in Polk County. They are looking for people who have a few hours to spare ministering to those in need. They are currently in desperate need of kitchen volunteers - food sorters, donation receivers, food box preparers, cooks, and general pantry workers.

Talbot House serves more than 550 meals each day, seven days a week. If you or a group you are involved with, could devote some time to this powerful ministry - literally feeding His children - your help would be appreciated. Volunteers must be 18 or older.

Located at 814 Kentucky Ave., Talbot House needs volunteers seven days a week, anytime between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. For more information, please call Bruce Robinson, Kitchen Manager, at 687.8475, ext. 114 or email Marilyn Daly
