Artsbridge in July!
This summer,  Artsbridge is all about empowering and celebrating our current and future changemakers!  With our Summer Leadership Program beginning in just a few weeks, we are busily preparing for the arrival of our summer staff on July 2nd, and our students on July 9th.  

Empowering Changemakers

Our Intercultural Leadership Summer Program will again be taking place at our home away from home, The Buxton School in Williamstown, MA next month.  It is here that our young participants from Israel, Palestine, and the United States, will begin the intensive three-week program that facilitates, strengthens, and empowers them, into future changemakers within their communities.
 
This summer we are partnering with Music in Common to bring music to Artsbridge! In addition to the program's staple collaborative visual arts and film projects, students will now have the opportunity to collaborate on musical pieces and performances as well. All student artwork, films, and performances will be shown at our "Celebrating our Changemakers" Banquet on July 30th, and at the annual showcase on July 31st. Celebrating Changemakers

This July, Artsbridge is hosting two very special events in celebration and support of our changemakers! 
 
On the evening of Saturday July 30th, Artsbridge invites you to our "Celebrating Our Changemakers" Banquet.  Join our students and faculty for dinner and a special premier viewing of the 2016 student films, artwork, and performances.  This is a unique opportunity to get a first viewing of the work of our students and to hear, first-hand, about their experience working together and throughout the summer program overall.
The banquet is on the Buxton Campus in Williamstown, MA from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Tickets can be purchased through the registration button below.
 
An auction of student and faculty artwork as well as other exciting items will also be held during the evening.

Additionally, on July 31st Artsbridge will hold it's Annual Summer Showcase.  This event is free and open to the public.  Also located on the Buxton campus, student artwork will be on exhibit, and there will be a viewing of the films, and performances by our students.  A Q&A will be held during the event to hear a bit from our students about the process behind their work. Light refreshments are available. 
 
The Summer Showcase is held from 11:00am-3:00pm. Films and performances will begin at 1:30 pm .
