1st West Coast Aerial Arts Festival

Good Day! We have more updates regarding the West Coast Aerial Arts Festival.  Here as follows:

  • We added another category:  Our Senior Division:  50 years old and over - any apparatus
  • Our partner,  Yost Theater has plugged in our event on their calendar.  Tickets are now available for purchase.  Remember, our contestants get a $5. discount to any ticket sold.
  • We are giving a 20% discounts to schools that enter four (4) students or more.
  • As time is of the essence, we are attaching a link to the Application Packet  
  • We will soon have our list of judges posted on site.  For recommendations, please email:  info@aerialartsamerica.org
  • We seek sponsors and donors in any amount or form, including goods and services, e.g. class certificates.  Please address your interest to donate@aerialartsamerica.org 
  • If you are interested in having a booth at Yost Theater, please visit our Sponsor and Advertising page
  • Help us make this event a success.  Your skills and time are much needed.  Here is our Volunteer Page for a list of tasks we need help with.  In return, we have a couple perks for you to choose from:

1) One (1) festival workshop, or
2) One (1) ticket the Nov. 17 YOST Theater showcase and one (1) ticket to any competition entrance.

  •  We have 1 or 2 slots for guest performers at the Yost Theater) for which performance fee is waived.  If you feel you have an aerialist with exceptional skills from a professional standpoint, and wish to recommend, please submit an uncut video link and we will take this into consideration.  We know of many, however due to time constraint, we want to prioritize, honor and celebrate the winners and give as much exposure and support to them, as they are the future of aerial arts.
  • Our Aerial Arts database is being technically uploaded and soon will be posted.  If you have not done so, please take a moment to fill out the form on our Collection Database page.
