- On June 23, Rep. Koczera (D-New Bedford) submitted a letter to House Speaker DeLeo (D-Winthrop); Rep. Brian Dempsey (D-Haverhill), Chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, and members of the House Budget Conference Committee asking them to support the Senate's higher budget figure for ABE ($31.02 million).
