Ash Tree Treatment

Vendors contracted to the City of Mississauga will begin treating selected ash trees throughout the City over the next few weeks with TreeAzin,  a botanical injectable insecticide made from neem tree seeds. Trees that are potentially suitable candidates for treatment have been marked with a green dot. These trees are located on boulevards, in City parks and at City facilities.

Part of the City's Active Management Plan for EAB is the treatment of sustainable ash trees to help lessen the impact of EAB throughout the City.
