In our first six months, #youthmappers from around the world have contributed nearly 1 million edits to OpenStreetMap!

We have grown from our founding three chapters at GWU, WVU and TTU to nineteen universities in the Americas, Africa, and Asia. Our work has focused on USAID priorities   for food security in Bangladesh, malaria prevention in Mozambique, and natural disasters in Ecuador.  Thanks to the enthusiasm and energy of students and their advisors, the network is off to a great start!
