That's the question many small business owners are asking now that they've completed their 2015 tax filings. According to the April SurePayroll Small Business Scorecard, 56% of owners paid more this year than the year before while only 45% had revenue increases. The survey found that 52% don't feel they're taxed fairly, and 32% believe taxes makes it difficult for them to succeed.
