We will kick-off NASU 2016 with some fee-based, pre-conference workshop sessions on Wednesday, October 5th. These sessions will offer introductory and advanced training, as well as one-on-one sessions for the Financial, KEMS and PAAS product-lines. This small group or one to one setting is ideal for users who want to explore specific issues or who just want a good product overview to help refresh concepts, procedures, and reporting functionality.
The official start of the conference will be at 9 am on Thursday, October 6th and will conclude mid-afternoon on Friday, October 7th. At least four meeting rooms will be available for simultaneous sessions in the areas of Financials, KEMS, PAAS, and System Administration, based upon user sign-up and areas of interest.
All of the sessions on Thursday and Friday are free of charge.
Keystone will host a cocktail reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres on Wednesday evening, continental breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday, and continental breakfast and lunch on Friday.

The Embassy Suites is located in the heart of Baltimore, just a few blocks from the beautiful Inner Harbor. The negotiated sleeping room rate is $149 / night (plus tax) and includes a free made to order breakfast daily. There is a parking garage right around the corner from the hotel which offers self-parking at $16 / day with no in / out privileges. The hotel will also provide valet parking at $34 / day with in / out privileges.

Travel: By Air and By Land
Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is just 8 miles from the Embassy Suites. BWI offers car rentals (@$45 / day), taxis (@ $40 one way) and Super Shuttle (@ $25 one way) services to get you to the hotel once you've landed.
Baltimore's Penn Station is also a great way to travel to Charm City if you are an 'East Coaster'. The hotel is a short 10 minute ride from the train station. Visit www.amtrak.com for more details.
Also available is the city bus called The Charm City Circulator. The closest stop to the Embassy Suites is stop #327 Saratoga Street on the purple line. This stop puts you right on the corner of St. Paul Street and East Saratoga Street where the hotel is located. If traveling to / from Penn Station, the Circulator may be a good way to get from point A to point B. Unfortunately, the Circulator does not run out to the airport. Group activities will be offered for those who wish to extend their stay with us on Friday afternoon / evening and into Saturday - so plan your trip accordingly.
