Last night we celebrated our 30th Annual Academic Awards & Scholarship Ceremony with our 9th - 11th grade students and their families.  Congratulations to all of the scholarship and academic award winners.  A huge thank you to all of our scholarship donors and supporters.  The awards night highlights the fact that our scholarship program brings together a community that cares about our students and their families.

ATTENTION PARENTS

Any balances due on your 2015-16 Scrip and Parent Volunteer hours assessments will be posted and due on your FACTS account by the end of May.

New
families: You should have received an email from FACTS regarding enrollment for the 2016-17 school year.   Please follow the instructions in this email to complete your FACTS registration.

Returning families:  You will be receiving (or have received) a Re-Enrollment Verification Notice from FACTS Tuition Management.  Please review this notice for details of your payment plan for your tuition payments.  Logging into your FACTS account will give you the most current posting details.
 
Your FACTS account should reflect your student's Tuition, Registration Fee & your family Building Assessment charges. Any payments you have mad e to these charges should also be reflected in your online account. Any applicable credits for tuition assistance or scholarships will be posted to your FACTS account as they become available.

The 2016-17 per family Building Assessment of $450 is due by 6/1/16 and will be billed through your FACTS account.

Textbook invoices are separate from your FACTS account.  They are billed out of Rediker through your student's schedule.

Please check your online FACTS account for details on your student account.

ATTENDANCE REMINDERS
· If your son or daughter needs to leave school early, please call or send a note to the front office in the morning and we will issue a pass that will inform the teacher when to dismiss your student from class. We prefer not to interrupt class time.

· If your child is late to school, you have 24 hours to call or send a note to the front office or it will be considered an unexcused absence.

· If your child is absent, please call the attendance line at 763-1032, ext 112 or send a note in the next day.

PRE PROM PHOTOS
The Kodweis family is hosting pre-prom photos at 11 Mt. Rose Lane in Petaluma from 5:00-6:00 pm  on Sunday, May 15th . All students attending the prom, along with their parents, are welcome to come and take photos together. The 2016 prom will be held at Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club from 6:30-10:30  in the evening.

DONATIONS NEEDED FOR PROJECT GRAD
Project Grad is an all-night graduation party that gives our graduates a chance to celebrate as a class in a safe environment. The event is filled with entertainment, food, games, prizes and fun! Our all parent planning committee relies on support from individuals and the community to plan and host the event. If you'd like to help, the food committee is looking for the following donations: 

* Safeway or G&G Scrip
* Costco Gift Cards (or cash donations to be used for Costco purchases)
* Bags of Individually Wrapped Candy
* Cookies, Brownies, Cupcakes or other Treats
* Cases of Bottled Water
* Bags of Chips, Pretzels, Popcorn or other Snacks
* Food Item of your Choosing

Fashion Show DVDs are ready!  If you pre-ordered one, you can pick it up at the front office.  If you would still like to have one, we have 10 extras.  First come first serve.  They are $20.
EARLY ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
  • Summer Debate camp, June 13-17, for grades 6- 8 from 9am - 3:00pm. Our camp provides the best junior high speech and debate instruction from St. Vincent's Director of Forensics and nationally ranked high school debaters.
