What is HiDoc?
It is a full-service telemedicine platform that gives you 24/7 access to physician consultations by simply using a computer, tablet, or phone at any time of the day or night with no out-of-pocket cost.
When should I use HiDoc? You can access a HiDoc physician within 30 minutes or schedule an appointment from any location when your regular doctor is not available for non-emergent medical conditions including cough/flu, high blood pressure, skin issues/rashes, sore throat, traveling illness and more. It can also be used to receive a medical diagnosis, personalized treatment plan, and common prescription medications.
How do I schedule a consultation?
You can speak with a doctor over the phone by calling (844) 423-6242 or visit HiDocOnline.com to schedule a consultation. New users will be asked to register for the online patient portal for video consultations using a webcam or the CareClix mobile app (system requirements apply). Access to the online patient portal is recommended but not required.
