Our council members regularly meet with district and city officials and attend PTA workshops and conferences so that we can pass on important information on education topics to our parent community. Connect with us to stay informed and to share your events and programs so we can help you promote them. If you haven't already done so, remember to identify your delegates (up to six) for the WSPTA State Convention May 20-22. You must designate a delegate before the May 13 deadline to be eligible to vote at the convention!

The 2016-17 school year calendar has been approved by the scho ol board. See the SPS website to view the calendar and a link to a printable PDF. 

New SPS Preschool Task Force Seeks Members - Application deadline May 18
Seattle Public Schools invites families, community members and staff to join its Preschool Program Task Force. The task force will consider a number of issues related to the district's partnership with the City of Seattle to expand preschool offerings to families. Topics include inclusion and diversity, funding, locations and services. The deadline to apply for the task force is Wednesday, May 18.
