All VPK providers are required to conduct Assessment Period 3 (AP3) for both the VPK Assessment and Teaching Strategies Gold.
In order to calculate this time frame, please review your VPK start and end date.
For example:
Traditional- If your VPK start date is in August or September and your end date is in April or May, you must conduct the assessment in either April or May depending upon which is the last month of your VPK program. Submit the data no later than June 15th.
Non-Traditional- If your VPK program starts on or after October 1stor ends after May 31st, you must conduct the assessment in the last 30 calendar days of the VPK classroom schedule and submit the data no later than 15 calendar days after the program end date*.
