Taste some amazing pesticide-free watermelon, Redland-raised by new FIU VeSFO-graduate farmer Garfield at Cool Runnings Organic Farm. Garfield is growing the kale, cabbages, tomatoes and some of the peppers you saw last week, and we're bringing more this week. He's applying for organic certification, and we look forward to showing off more of his crops to market as he ramps up his game.


We have more delicious Redland-raised young color-mix carrots, some nice cherry, plum and Roma tomatoes, pretty eggplant, bell peppers and cabbages, green kale, a bit of squash,  purple and yellow onions,
sweet tender Napa  cabbage

Storage roots - red, Chioggia and golden beetroot s, 
Hakurei and Scarlet Queen turniproots, daikon radish

Dry heirloom Frijol de Seda, and South-Florida grown organic Sem-Chi rice

Spicy Peppers - Jalapeño, Cayenne, Redland-raised Hungarian Hot Wax, Serrano   and sweet bell peppers


Ravishing Radishes - Red Round, sweet hot- pink Watermelon, spicy Lime Green, Black Spanish, and daikon radishes


Savory herbs & spices - sweet baby basil, curryleaf, 
Cuban oregano,  dried moringa, lime basil, and tulsi for delicious teas

Salty seasonings - Florida Keys Sea Salt, flavored salts,
Moroccan-Style preserved citrus (made with our own Redland-raised organic citrus, slightly spicy and deliciously addictive)

Farm Eggs  - our own Rachel's Eggs, Cornucopia Institute National top-rated (twice), and our Redland neighbors' farm fresh eggs from hens fed organic feed


Raw goat milk, kefir, and a bit of yogurt, fresh ch èvre, feta, labneh and paneer. Since Florida is not a raw milk state, these products are labeled for pet use only, "not for human consumption" per Florida law.
