Sunday Service

 Church Decision Making
Unitarian Universalists often are focused on having everyone's voice and opinion brought to every decision. Does this behavior make better decisions or effectively result with no decisions?  How does our polity and behavior ( and aversion to Authority) limit our impact on the world?

Worship Leader:  Rev Russ Menk
Worship Associate: Paul Haute

May Theme: Authority

5:00-7:00pm    Photography by Lora Lee Chapman

Remember when we had the King Tides and the huge waves? +Castillo Cynthia and I braved the elements down on West Cliff and I got this shot of a man facing, without flinching, a wall of water. Hope you can come  Friday to the "TGIF" potluck in Aptos. Bring friends, family and finger foods. All are welcome.

Our June meeting is changed to  June 28th, the fourth  Tuesday, at 7p in the Gallery.

Our book forJune is  A Chosen Faith by John Buehrens and Forrest Church, about our Unitarian Universalist  church.   Unitarian Universalism offers an appealing alternative to religious denominations that stress theological creeds over individual conviction and belief.    A t hought-provoking, entertaining sourcebook for searchers, newcomers and lifelong learners.

Join us to talk about this imaginative novel.
