Outdoor Living...Just in time for summer
As we welcome the sunshine and warmer weather, consider how you could enjoy your outdoor living area even more. From outdoor grilling/kitchen areas to patios and pergolas, our team has created some outstanding spaces to enjoy the summer months.
The photo below shows a renovated patio that was originally without walls, but now provides a bug-free environment with the addition of custom screens. LED ceiling lights and a space heater allow for comfortable evening enjoyment.
The design of the attached pergola extends the outdoor living room space and incorporates the hot tub into the relaxation area. The original upper balcony has been re-railed to provide a more secure and useable area. Columns and trim work used to create the pergola are made from a low-maintenance product called AZEK.
Exterior Care and Renovation
The exterior of this home was strippd to the studs and reconstructed using new cedar shakes. The decorative rafter tails under the soffit are solid cedar. Just like the pergola, the other trim work on the home is made from AZEK as well.
