New Workforce Development Coordinator
|
AGC of South Dakota Welcomes Dustin Baertsch!
We are pleased to announce that Dustin Baertsch has joined our team as the new Workforce Development Coordinator in our Rapid City Office.
Dustin was born and raised in Sheridan, WY and lived there until he decided to attend Western Dakota Tech to become an Electrician. After he completed the program he worked in the industry for several years, before making a career change.
Because of his positive experience at WDT, he went back to school to earn an Associate's degree in Business Management & Marketing. Shortly after graduating he accepted a job as an Admissions Counselor at Western Dakota Tech, where he has remained for the past five years.
Dustin's experience as an Admissions Counselor has given him the skills to sell the many benefits of a technical education, and learn first hand the need for Workforce Development.
Dustin and his wife Emily have one son and one daughter. When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his kids, camping and exploring the Black Hills, watching and participating in sports, and mostly spending time with friends and family.
