The Following is an Advisory from Penn Public Safety

Due to the Penn Relays on Thursday, April 28, Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30, 2016, you should expect heavy traffic volume and delays around Franklin Field (233 South 33rd Street) and the immediate surrounding area during the day.

Note, construction projects in the University City area may add to the delays.


Street Closure:  33rd Street from South Street to Walnut Street will be closed for approximately one hour, on Saturday, April 30, 2016, from 6pm to 7pm.
