MOTHER'S DAY - SUNDAY MAY 8th

Bring your mom to any class on Sunday May 8th, and she attends class for FREE!

NEW CLASSES

MYSORE  (Fridays at 12:05pm)

Students practice their own sequence of asanas at their own pace.  The teacher assists each student individually by giving physical adjustments & verbal instruction.
PURNA INSPIRED PRACTICE (Fridays at 6:00am & Saturdays at 4:00pm)
Purna Yoga distills and integrates the vast aspects of yoga into an invaluable set of tools for transformation and healing.  It offers more than just exercise. . . because you are  more than just a body .

BACK TO BASICS (B2B) (Sundays at 10am - hot & Tuesdays at 6:30pm - regular temperature)
Are you brand new to yoga (or know someone who is)? 
Then this class is for you! We welcome new practitioners to learn in a space with a qualified patient instructor, surrounded by others who are also just beginning their yoga journey.  No prior yoga knowledge or experience necessary.  Also ideal for more advanced practitioners looking to come back to basic alignment, pose breakdown and simple flows.

ADVANCED PRACTICE (Thursdays at 6:30pm)
For all advanced practitioners looking to expand their knowledge, try advanced postures, and increase their strength, stamina and endurance in this challenging sequence.

KIKURASANA (Wednesdays at 6:00am & Fridays at 6:00pm)
Class is just how it sounds! ("kick-your-asana") 45 minutes of fast paced practice, to start your day, or end your week!
