Sandra Fancher is a chief strategy officer at MedTouch. She is responsible for developing, planning, and executing strategic client initiatives and the growth of integrated digital strategy at MedTouch. Her extensive experience includes over 20 years working in technology, strategy and project management with the last 15 years exclusively in the healthcare industry. Sandra is passionate about understanding clients and working closely with them to develop actionable plans to improve the delivery of healthcare.  

In the past six years at MedTouch, Sandra has directed strategic services for our hospital clients, such as Providence Health & Services, Edward-Elmhurst Health, UC Irvine Health, and Drexel Medicine, successfully managing multi-phased, long-term engagements for clients. She has a B.S. in Business and Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University and holds the following certifications: Project Management Professional, ScrumMaster and Pragmatic Marketing.  

Kelsey Guetschow is the director of business intelligence at MedTouch and responsible for leading activities related to strategic data-driven solutions for our clients.  Understanding our module integration, personalization strategies, analytics tracking opportunities, and third party integration, she analyzes business intelligence information and develops implementation solutions to maximize our clients' goals, meet KPIs, and provide value to their organization and their patients. 

Kelsey has over 8 years of healthcare experience and has worked on projects with MedTouch clients - Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System, Woman's Hospital, and Exempla Physician Network Microsites, Dana-Farber/Boston Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center, Providence Health & Services, Edward-Elmhurst Health and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. She completed her B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Behavioral Sciences and an MBA from the University of La Verne.
