RE:MIND Book of the Month - Wednesday, May 18 - 7:30 to 9:00 PM
Join us for a congregational reading experience for May's Mental Health Month.  A special event featuring the book Monkey Mind by Daniel Smith; a stunning articulation of what it is like to live with anxiety. As he travels through anxiety's demonic layers, Smith defangs the disorder with great humor and evocatively expresses its self-destructive absurdities and painful internal coherence. The book can be purchased on Amazon.com, at Barnes & Noble or found in your local library. RSVP to [email protected] with subject: BOM or call 904.737.8651
