Dear Participating Provider,
Effective immediately, NMN is implementing the following policy to both ensure that you are receiving your daily Drivers Book in a timely manner, and that those Drivers Books received are accurate:
It is imperative that you notify NMN both when you DO receive, and when you do NOT receive your daily Drivers Book by 2:00 pm via the following address:: [email protected]. This email address is sent directly to those that can immediately have your Drivers Book sent, if not done so already, and can document the receipt of your daily Drivers Book for record keeping purposes.
Please understand that it is just as important for you to notify NMN that you have received your daily Drivers Book as it is to notify NMN that you have not received it. This is all being done in an effort to be more organized in our trip referrals, ensure the medical care of our members is properly coordinated, and that we do not waste the time of our valued providers.
