This is a friendly reminder that your Packaging and Printed Paper steward reports are due on May 31, 2016. Please log on to the WeRecycle Portal to submit your reports when you're ready to do so.

The primary contact for my company has changed. How do I register their information?
Please fill out the Primary Contact Change Form and email it to [email protected]. We will then be able to update your company's primary contact. 

I've forgotten my WeRecycle Portal password. How can I reset it?
If you have forgotten or misplaced your WeRecycle Portal password, please  click on the 'Get Support' icon on the login screen of the portal site. 


I've  misplaced my User ID for the WeRecycle Portal. How do I retrieve it?
Please send an email that includes your steward number letting us know that you need your User ID to [email protected] . From there, one of our Steward Services Representatives will provide you  with  your ID.

How do I troubleshoot if I'm having compatibility issues with my browser?
If you're experiencing compatibility issues with the portal, please refer to page 4 of the Portal User Guide. 

I don't think I answered my obligation questions correctly. Am I able to change my answers?
Yes. Please call us directly at 1-888-980-9549 and we will assist you.
