A hybrid grape developed to withstand the cooler climates and harsh winters of North America, this varietal produces a richly colored dry red with an incredible aromatic profile. Noiret offers a floral nose, with gentle flavors of berry and currant on the palate. It is soft and velvety, with a fine tannic structure; a full-bodied red with characteristic peppery notes in the finish.
#4 Stella - 2014 paired with Cranberry, Pecan White Cheddar Cheese
A Red Zinfandel based, dry red, blended with Petite Sirah to soften the tannins and refine the structure. Medium acidity and a full body softened by gentle oak aging. Strong tones of vanilla, fig and plum that fill the palate with a seasoned and velvety finish.
