A Message from Steve Sanders

                            Monthly Motivation: "Faith Endurance"

A few weeks ago I was having a rough day. One of those days that seemed like nothing was going right. I took a prayer break to gather myself. When I opened up my bible app the verse of the day was James 1:2-3 which reads:

"Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance."
James 1:2-3 NASB

Going through a trial or having a rough time doesn't mean we are being punished by God. In fact, we are actually being helped. That day I realized the only way we can strengthen our faith is by having it tested! Just as an athlete has to build up stamina/endurance to compete, believers have to be tested to build our "Faith Endurance" #Amen #FCACleveland

New Partnership on the Horizon!
Had a great meeting with the Cavs today. Great things to come from this meeting.
Strong partnership in the works.  As you can see, I was prepared for the meeting with my Gold and Blue on lol

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes in the Greater Cleveland area has 35 active groups or huddles, as we call them in FCA. These huddles are in middle schools and high schools around our great city. Here are some pictures of local FCA huddles that meet throughout the Greater Cleveland area by holding weekly, biweekly or monthly Bible Studies. These groups are student led with an FCA approved moderator, generally a teacher and/or coach from the school.
