This past week I traveled to all of our wonderful communities in Northern Virginia. It is truly amazing to see how well all of the team members interact with each other. 

Ted Sundquist said, "good teams incorporate teamwork into their culture, creating the building blocks for success." The Franklin Johnston Group wouldn't be the company it is today without your dedication and hard work.

Boy Scouts Tour - Aquia15 at Towne Center
Murray Kirk, The Director of Design and Construction had the opportunity to take a group of Boy Scouts on a tour of Aquia15 at Towne Center in Stafford, Virginia. During the tour, he talked to them about design and construction of the apartments. 

Vision of Southern Pine
The low-country architecture design of Southern Pine is to inspire the southern pace of life. The south is appealing to many, making it everyone's favorite place to live. Our development team wanted to bring the southern lifestyle to Virginia Beach. With vision of porches with rocking chairs, pitchers of sweet tea, palm trees, and absolute southern hospitality. 

The low-country architecture was developed in the late 1700's and is still constructed today as the most efficient design in the southeast. Southern Pine apartments will feature covered porches, windows that allow warm air to escape in the cool evenings, scenic golf course views of Virginia Beach National Golf Club, and more!
Hampton Roads Sports Commission
The Franklin Johnston Group was challenged to a corporate bowling tournament provided by the Hampton Roads Sports Commission. The tournament was held at Pinboy's at the Beach on Laskin Rd. in Virginia Beach. The top 3 overall teams won money for the charity of their choice. Thank you to HRSC for hosting a great event!
