IL NUMERO UNO BONELESS PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA HAM- AGED 12 MONTHS
This dry ham comes to us out of Parma, Italy after its 12 month aging process. The hogs are fed Reggiano whey for their last 4 months & then goes through a 400+ day curing process where the winds blow in off the Versilia Sea, sweetening it's flavor. A Parma ham is salted much less than other hams so expect a supple, sweet taste filled with rich, concentrated flavor. We recommend slicing thin and serving at room temperature.
