Dear Participating Provider,
In an effort to ease into the transition of managing the transportation benefit for VNSNY Choice members on May 1, 2016, NMN will be implementing the following procedure for the first week of May:
NMN will honor any standing order trips referred to you via VNSNY Choice for dates of service on May 1, 2016 through May 6, 2016.
Our staff will be working closely with you to coordinate the necessary measures to ensure that the members have been transported and that you are reimbursed for the services your provided.
