Come explore the natural and cultural history of this unique site with naturalist Pam Otto and a Primrose Farm historian. Primrose Farm is excited to unveil a brand new way for children to interact with the livestock, equipment and environment at their favorite 1930s living history farm. Visit the farm and become an official Primrose Junior Farmer today!

Take advantage of this amazing opportunity to get the kids in your life learning and playing outdoors. Primrose Junior Farmers engage with history, explore agriculture and examine the natural world. Even the littlest farmer can become a protector of the past, an advocate for animals and a steward of the environment.

To become a Junior Farmer, kids of all ages can pick up an activity book in the farm office. Booklets cost $2 and are available Monday to Saturday from 8am-3pm. After collecting their booklet, potential Junior Farmers will tour the site - visiting animals, completing puzzles and finding hidden clues.

Once all the required activities are completed, the book can be returned to the office where a Primrose Farmer will check the work completed and award the new Junior Farmer their very own Primrose Farm Junior Farmer bandana!

For more details or to confirm booklet availability, call 630-513-4370.
