new FIU VeSFO-graduate farmer Garfield at Cool Runnings Organic Farm. Garfield is growing the kale, cabbages, tomatoes Jamaican pumpkin, serrano, Hungarian Hot Wax, eggplant, and pretty bell peppers you'll see at our booth. He's applying for organic certification, and we look forward to showing off more of his crops at market as he ramps up his game next season.
