The Quarterly Series Revival
Working together once again,
Ali Szarzynski and
Laura Cotton invite you to join them as we joyously move out of spring into summer. Let's take a moment to reflect on how the sun influences our life. The change of seasons should also be reflected in one's yoga practice. Now is the time to celebrate your own creativity and vitality.
J
oin Ali & Laura as they celebrate the abundance of light, and honor the coming summer season as we flow thru a yoga practice that is designed to honor this time of the year. In this workshop we will learn to connect more deeply with our own inner radiance, and create harmony thru asana, pranayama and meditation.
This mixed level class is open to all. You will leave with a new sense of alignment, and a deeper sense of balance.
Shed old layers, expand your inner world and let your true radiance shine!
Bring your mat, bring sunglasses, bring friends, bring your sunny self
