"Always remember that hard work and persistence pay off. You can't cut corners when it comes to your work product. HOMTV was fast-moving and new challenges were always on the horizon. I learned that I thrive in that type of environment. I also learned the value of prioritization and organization. When you have a lot of moving pieces, it's important to stay organized so things don't fall through the cracks."
