can mold you, strengthen you, and forever be a part of your identity. I am deeply grateful for my roots in Chester County and this Memorial Day I give thanks for the men and women who have served in our Armed Forces. Their sacrifices, and those of their families, have been many--all to protect and preserve our beloved country, state and county. Thank you! --Brooke Clinton

The Human Resources Round-table is a group of HR professionals who meet monthly to delve into current issues involved in managing employees. It is an excellent way for local businesses to connect and brainstorm solutions together--a win-win for Chester County. RECAB - Regional Education Center Advisory Board
Lisa Robbins, Regional Workforce Advisor for the South Carolina Department of Commerce, reports that four Chester County teachers will spend their summer completing an on-site internship with local business, all geared at giving teachers real-world experiences to take back to their students. Congratulations to the following teachers: Pam Craig, Justin Tisdale, Nakia Houston, Latrekka Rivers, and Sherry Adams. Thank you to Springs Creative, IBHS, Chester Metropolitan District/Sewer District, and Southern Printing for hosting teachers in their facility.
