Group Fitness Update

Lupe is back. Come join her tomorrow (Thursday) at 9:15 for some ZUMBA FUN!!!

FYI: Vicki is back. Power Step/RIP classes will be on Monday's at 4:00, Tuesday's at 9:15 and Saturday's at 7:45. Come say hi welcome her back. 

Thanks for being an A Sante member. See you at the gym.  

Remember, classes are a great part of your membership. If you have never tried a class, allow yourself to be a beginner. We all have had a first day.

SUNDAY
10:00-11:30   POLE FITNESS - ROUTINE BUILDING with Tammy  All levels  (There is an  extra fee for this class)

MONDAY
7:00-8:00      SPIN with Kathy
9:15-10:30   YOGA with Lisa
4:00-5:15      POWER STEP/RIP WITH VICKI
5:30-6:30      ZUMBA with Katie K.

TUESDAY 
7:45-9:00     YOGA with Kali
9:15-10:15   POWER STEP/RIP WITH VICKI
5:30-6:30     SPIN with Katie P.

WEDNESDAY
7:00-8:00     SPIN with Katie P.
9:15-10:30    YOGA & Meditation with Kali
5:30-6:30     ZUMBA with Katie K
7:00-8:30    POLE FITNESS - BEGINNER POLE  with Tammy  (There is an  extra fee for this class) No experience Required

THURSDAY 
7:45-9:00    GENTLE YOGA with Deanna
9:15-10:15   ZUMBA with Lupe
5:30-6:30     SPIN with Rich

FRIDAY
7:00-8:00    SPIN with Katie P
9:15-10:30   YOGA with Kim
6:00-7:30   OPEN  POLE PRACTISE  with Tammy  All Levels  (There is an  extra fee for this class)

SATURDAY
7:45-8:45    POWER STEP/RIP WITH VICKI
9:00-10:15  YOGA  with Alisha
