If you plan to reserve lunch you must register in advance and by no later than Thursday, May 26. If you do not respond by May 26 you will need to bring your lunch with you.
Please note that the registration form also allows you to
request to be excused (by selecting "no" I will not attend).
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that there will not be cell phone reception or wi-fi at this meeting. If anyone should need to reach you, they may call the church at
845-482-5549 and we will get a message to you.
Again, there will not be ready access to wi-fi, so
please plan ahead and print out the docket or download it onto your laptop or other device in advance.
Don't forget to send your suggestions for the presbytery playlist on the theme of "strength" to Noelle by Thursday, June 2 (

If family responsibilities would otherwise prevent your attendance as a teaching elder or ruling commissioner at the Presbytery gathering, you may request reimbursement of child care, elder care or similar expenses. A Dependent Care Reimbursement Request form will be available at the registration table on June 4 or can be requested from Emily Monk (
[email protected]) in advance of the meeting. Reimbursement forms must be turned in no later than one week following the meeting.
