A weekend of soulful immersion in passionate and wild yet tender and sensual dance to balance your feminine and masculine energies and embody Spirit. Explore movement and silence as conscious vehicles to open to who TRULY are and can offer in this time of infinite potential and need with compassionate empowerment.
The workshop is a balance between warm-up, bringing consciousness and presence into our body, shaking, waves, dance combinations based in Persian Dance, Flamenco, Iranian and Middle Eastern Tribal dances, whirling, chanting or zikr, meditation, free-style dance, a sharing circle, wisdom teachings from the East and West and lots of laughter.
Dance & Drum Ritual:

Sunday, 3 July: 16.00 to 19.00
Journey into rituals, ancient and new that ground you in the present moment and free your energy for greater awareness and transformation. Dance to feel the miracle of your existence and feel the JOY that connects you with Spirit. Ecstatic practices set to virtuous live music open our heart to experience the infinite within our finite bodies. Our journey includes a warm-up in conscious embodiment, grounded yet explosive shaking, Sama/whirling, chanting and free-style dance.
Fees:
Before June 1: 250 Euro for entire weekend | After June 1: 280 Euro
