Welcome to the November issue of The Beat, your monthly e-newsletter for all the latest info from America's leading Solar Hot Water manufacturer, Heliodyne. In this issue we discuss Heliodyne's newest investment and closing for the holidays.
Heliodyne Makes Huge Investment Into the Future of Solar Thermal

With its latest investment into high tech laser welding technology Heliodyne is now manufacturing and sourcing all main parts of its solar thermal collectors in the U.S.

Ole Pilgaard CEO and President of Heliodyne says that the industry may temporarily be challenged by historic low natural gas prices but that will change. Rising demand for air-conditioning and scarcity of clean water are only a few of the results of global warming that will rapidly drive energy demand in the U.S. up and above its conventional energy supply.

As that gradually happens and fossil fuel cost starts to rise again the demand for solar thermal will increase. Solar thermal is the most efficient non fossil fuel energy source for cooling and for cleaning of polluted water hence water desalination.

Heliodyne Opens an OEM Branch Offering Third Party Manufacturing

With the purchase of a laser-welding machine, a network of suppliers, competitive sourcing and increased production capacity Heliodyne opens up an OEM branch offering third party manufacturing of, amongst other things, full plate absorbers. Call CEO Ole Pilgaard at (510) 439 3400 for more information.
Heliodyne Has Been the Trusted Supplier to Sun Light and Power for 40 Years

Martin Morehouse, ST Engineer and Estimator says, "We use Heliodyne collectors on our solar thermal installations including one of our largest projects in recent history, Connolly Station. This was an 89 collector domestic hot water heating system for a new multifamily housing development. In addition to the benefits of being a local bay area manufacturer, we rely on Heliodyne's reputation for quality and high performance products. With their Gobi Collectors on the roof, we are confident that we are providing the best solar thermal system money can buy."
