Dear Participating Provider,
Effective immediately, NMN is implementing the following policy to both ensure that you are receiving your daily Drivers Book in a timely manner, and that those Drivers Books received are accurate:
The NMN Rep that has been assigned to your Centerlight PACE site will be sending out your driver book for those PACE trips daily. This in turn may mean you will be receiving multiple driver books if you service more than 1 Centerlight PACE site.
You will also continue to receive a driver book from the NMN Staff with your other insurance payors as well as accepting trips in our Provider Portal. The PACE driver books are in addition to the above mentioned.
