Sharon Kopman, with GA Global Partners, was recently appointed to the TMA Nominating Committee. Additionally on the work front, Sharon originated and negotiated a few key deals in the last month. First, GA Global Partners was retained and is in the process of liquidating Fresh & Easy's corporate headquarters and server facility. Second, GA Global Partners was retained by a Chapter 7 trustee to liquidate the offices of Good People of L.A. in downtown L.A. Finally, one of the companies Sharon works for owns proprietary auction-related software and recently closed on a large Software for Services Agreement with a well-known international company based in China.
