Alamo Colleges' Faculty, Students Study Abroad
This Summer

This summer, 13 faculty members and 54 students from the Alamo Colleges will have the opportunity to gain a global perspective by participating in one of six Study Abroad programs. They will study not only the language of their host country, but also the culture, enriching their educational experience in a unique fashion. This is the largest group of Study Abroad students who have ever participated in the program at the Alamo Colleges.

Scholarships help to offset the program fees for the students, with 15 of the students receiving Benjamin Gilman scholarships from $2,000 to $4,500 and 25 students receiving Alamo Colleges Foundation scholarships from $500 to $1,250.
