Libraries Transform

The face of the American Library's Libraries Transform campaign is the "Because" statement. "Because" statements are powerful messages about the value of libraries.

CVCL is supporting reading aloud to children this year with the changes we've made to our point system for Summer Reading. If you have a child in your life, and read aloud to him/her 20 minutes per day, you get to log the time for yourself and the child! Logging time read equals points and points equal a chance at several awesome prizes. For details pick up the "How to Win Summer Reading Prizes" tip sheet. Or, just read with a child for the pure pleasure of it!
