The Grecian Festival has been a highlight of Worcester and Central Massachusetts for the last 40 years. It has become the finest and the largest festival of New England, with attendance exceeding 20,000 people. During the festival the Greek Community recognizes and celebrates our forefathers, Greek Immigrants who came to Worcester to work and create a new life. Its also a time to join in the festivities of our Hellenic Heritage. Cost: $2

Meow: A Cat-Inspired Exhibition
Come to the WAM to check out this one-of-a-kind, multi-faceted project. This exhibition explores the feline as an iconic element of art, and has: a self-guided "cat walk" through the Museum; an interactive installation featuring live cats; a community art show; and special art classes. Teen Yoga
Join a fun, fast paced series of 6 yoga classes specifically designed to meet the unique emotional and developmental needs of teens and adolescents. The curriculum targets Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies, including stress management, self-appreciation, confidence, compassion, and relationship skills.

Worcester Inter-Tribal Indian Center's Annual Powwow
The Worcester Inter-Tribal Indian Center is having it's 35th annual Native American Heritage Powwow! Take part in a Native American style cultural festival, where the traditions and values of native people are shared and celebrated. Experience Native music, drumming, singing, dancing, traditional regalia, food, art, craft vendors, raffles, and storytelling. Entry into the Powwow is free, but there is a $5 fee to park.

Understanding Karma: Actions and their Effects
In this free talk, Kyle Davis will speak on the topic of understanding Karma. In every day parlance, karma is often understood to mean what goes around comes around. But karma is vastly more complicated, also involving the entire web of individual, family, group, and national karma, as well as myriad other levels that we can not fully comprehend because of past and future lives, because of karma working out over immeasurable expanses of time, because of the true nature of the mind, and because of the lack of true existence of phenomena, including the self.

Help care for the sanctuary and enjoy a few hours of fresh air, fun and fulfillment. Ability to work without supervision required; carpentry skills welcome; nature lovers appreciated.
