Fathertime:  We have to remember that they already changed the rate in Iraq. I believe Shabibi is already reinstated but the articles won't come out until later. We have had many confirmations that the rate changed over there just not yet to what we were waiting for. Once it floats up to thát,I believe we will be allowed to exchange sometime next week. Imho

Wolfy:  No one is notarizing RV instruction letters--no one knows the final details--no one knows the RV date and rate--We all glean and gather tid bits of intel and info from sources we hope we can rely on..

Saying all of that--It does look like we are sitting on the edge of an RV excursion --it seems that it is here, so lets be ever hopeful and keep our eyes and ears open
