You Don't Have to Drink the Whiskey...Just Race It!

Well the Whiskey Hill event is almost upon us and it would be great if we could get a few more folks to race with.

Understandably, August is a tough month because of family obiligations, etc., but as the Whiskey Hill event is only a two day affair and the number of racers who have signed up is limited, there will likely be more track time at this 2 day race than at any other event you might attend this entire season!

Now, if you've been wondering how to include the family and still get some racing in...Whiskey Hill is close to Old Sturbridge Village...a very interesting, fun and educational vacation site. You can check it out here. Honest Honey, it'll be great for the kids!

The race track has really been charging forward to get ready for this season and while a lot remains to be done in the paddocks, the track itself is supposed to be first rate.

If you go to youtube.com and search for Whiskey Hill, you will find lots of videos of the track. Mike Lawton sent out a great one with corner to corner instructions from a Porsche pilot...here are some more...This one is from May shows the Jersey barriers and tire walls, while this one shows the entry to turn 1, the paddock and the amazing elevation changes. This one, from June, shows more of the tire walls and how the grass is beginning to come in. And there are a lot of other videos to check out also.

There's no doubt it's one of the most interesting tracks we've ever seen and here's a chance for you to try it "on the ground floor" before the crowds fill it up. So if you 've been on the fence, thinking maybe yes...now's the time to jump in. You'll never get more track time in two days and it will never be this uncrowded again. Register here, and don't forget this is under the VRG refund policy...so if you end up not being able to make it after all...you get a full refund! So, what are you waiting for?

Hope you can make it!
