You can still enroll in the Maryland Health Exchange for a limited time if you meet certain qualifications. One of those qualifications is "if you had to pay a fine on your 2014 taxes" due to lack of health insurance coverage, you can enroll now through April 30th to avoid a larger fee next year. The attached press release from the Maryland Health Exchange supplies the information you need to contact them to exercise the option to still sign up for 2015 health insurance and avoid the tax fine for the following tax year.
